What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, your phone number, where the job is, what kind of work it is, when you want it, and anything you add in the notes box. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
What we do with it
It goes to Heath so he can call or text you back about the job. That is the entire purpose. It is stored in the software this business runs its jobs on, and if your enquiry becomes a job, it stays attached to that job’s record.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anybody marketing anything. We do not add you to a mailing list. If you never hear from us again it will be because you said no, not because we lost it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and uses no third party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The page records which page a form was sent from, and the site that referred you if there was one, so we know whether people are finding us through Google or through somebody’s recommendation. That is attached to your enquiry, not to you as a person, and it is not shared.
Who else can see it
The company that hosts this website and the company that hosts the job software both process the data in order to run their services, as any host does. Neither is permitted to use it for anything else. If the law compels us to hand something over, we will, and we will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never become jobs are kept for two years and then deleted. Records attached to work we actually did are kept as long as the law and our insurers require, which for construction is measured in years rather than months.
Asking us to delete it
Call (406) 885-6414 or ask on the form and we will delete what we hold about you, except anything we are required to keep for a job we performed. No account to close, no form to fill in, no waiting period.
Children
This is a construction company. Nothing here is directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anybody under 18.
Changes
If how we handle this changes, this page changes on the same day. There is no archived version to compare against because there is no version of this business where we did something different with your phone number.
