Ground-up commercial: site work, foundations, structure, envelope, and the coordination that decides whether it opens on the date you told your staff.
Harborside in Lakeside is one of ours. A waterfront restaurant, finished and open. That kind of job is unforgiving on two fronts at once: it has to pass inspection and it has to look right to somebody eating dinner in it.
Commercial work is mostly sequencing and paper. Submittals, RFIs, inspections, certified payroll on public work, and a closeout book that gets assembled as the job runs rather than hunted for at the end.
Where we do this work
Commercial Builder across the whole valley. If you are in one of these, Heath will come and look at it.
