The concrete under it is ours too. Most builders sub that out, which means the trade that sets every date on the schedule belongs to somebody else's calendar. When the footings are ours, the framer starts when we say he starts.
You get one number to ring and it is the number of the person who priced the job and stands on the site. Not a coordinator who was not at the walk.
